Do I need to know how to code?

No. You can publish from the Mallary dashboard, Claude, ChatGPT, n8n, or Make. The API, MCP, and CLI are there when you want more control.

Can I use Mallary with ChatGPT or Claude?

Yes. Mallary has a published ChatGPT plugin and an approved Claude connector. Both connect to Mallary with OAuth.

Can I manage more than one brand or creator account?

Yes. Create a separate Mallary profile for each brand or content identity, then connect the right social accounts to it. Your plan controls how many accounts you can connect per platform.

Can each social platform use different captions or settings?

Yes. Start with one main message, then use supported platform options to change the caption, title, post type, thumbnail, or other settings for a destination.

Does Mallary support video, images, Stories, Shorts, Reels, and carousels?

Mallary supports images and video plus platform formats such as Stories, Shorts, Reels, and carousels where the connected platform API supports them. The platform page shows the current formats and options.

Does Mallary use official social APIs?

Yes. Mallary uses official social platform APIs and approved sign-in flows.

Can I schedule content?

Yes. Starter, Pro, and Business plans can schedule posts for a later date and time.

Can I use the dashboard and automation together?

Yes. The dashboard, API, MCP, CLI, AI tools, n8n, and Make can use the same Mallary account, profiles, and social connections.

What happens when a platform connection expires?

Mallary refreshes supported tokens when it can. If a platform requires you to sign in again, Mallary shows that the connection needs attention so you can reconnect it.

What happens after the 14-day trial?

Your selected paid plan continues with its normal billing unless you cancel before the trial ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription from billing settings.
