Can I create separate profiles for each brand?
Yes. A Mallary profile holds a separate group of connected social accounts. Use one profile for each brand or client you manage.
How many social accounts can I connect?
The number depends on your plan and is counted per platform. The live pricing section on this page shows the current limits for Starter, Pro, and Business.
Can we combine dashboard and automated posting?
Yes. The dashboard, API, MCP, CLI, AI tools, n8n, and Make can use the same Mallary account, profiles, and social connections.
Can Mallary be used without showing Mallary to an audience?
Yes. The Mallary name does not appear on posts published to your social accounts. Mallary is not sold as a white-label client portal.
Can we use the API for internal tools?
Yes. You can use the REST API for internal scripts, products, and publishing systems. Pass the correct Mallary profile when you target a non-default profile.
Does Mallary manage social authentication and token refresh?
Yes. Mallary manages official social sign-in flows and refreshes supported tokens when the platform allows it. If a platform requires a fresh sign-in, Mallary shows that the connection needs attention.
What happens when a platform API changes?
Mallary maintains the direct platform integrations and updates its publishing code when platform rules or API versions change.
Can we migrate from another scheduling tool?
Yes. Create Mallary profiles, connect the matching social accounts, and test one new post. Existing posts on the social platforms stay where they are.
What support is available?
Support depends on your current plan. Pro includes priority support, and Business includes dedicated support.
What happens after the trial?
Your selected paid plan continues with its normal billing unless you cancel before the 14-day trial ends. You can manage or cancel the subscription from billing settings.
